BOOKING POLICY

A $25 non refundable booking fee is required to confirm the booking.

Full payment is required 7 days prior to arrival. 

Bookings require a valid Visa or Mastercard.

All damages are the responsibility of the person making the booking.

Check in time is 2pm and checkout time is 10am.

There’s is a no smoking or electronic cigarette policy in any of the Chalets.

There is a strict No Party Policy, visitors are permitted until 10pm.

We hold the right to change at any time our booking and cancellation policy.

WE CANNOT GUARANTEE WEATHER, ROAD OR SNOW CONDITIONS. ANY REFUNDS OR DATE CHANGES ARE AT THE DISCRETION OF ROCKY MOUNTAIN CHALETS MANAGEMENT, ADMINISTRATION FEES MAY APPLY.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Guests can cancel outside of seven (7) days before the date of the booking, the booking fee of $25 is non refundable.
Guests can cancel within seven (7) days of the date of the booking. If so, there are no refunds for accommodation.
No refund for early departure.
